We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Project Manager to join our team! In this role, you will lead and optimize operations, enhance efficiency, and drive continuous improvement in homecare and specialty visit coordination. This full-time, in-office position (Monday through Friday) requires a leader who excels in systems thinking, problem-solving, and operational efficiency
.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and innovate scheduling operations: Develop and oversee streamlined scheduling strategies that maximize resource utilization, reduce inefficiencies, and improve patient access
.

Implement systems thinking: Design and refine workflows to create scalable, data-driven solutions that ensure seamless patient experiences.

Optimize cross-functional collaboration: Act as a liaison between patients, physicians, healthcare providers, and administrative teams to ensure synchronized communication and efficient service delivery
.

Enhance efficiency through technology and automation: Leverage digital tools, automation, and process optimization to reduce manual workload while maintaining service excellence.

Creative problem-solving in logistics: Address real-time challenges by developing adaptive solutions that maintain quality and timeliness of care.

Manage and mentor a high-performance team: Lead a team of liaisons and virtual assistants to deliver exceptional customer service, resolve conflicts efficiently, and accommodate urgent patient requests.

Ensure compliance and data security: Maintain the highest standards of HIPAA compliance and data security
, ensuring patient information is handled with confidentiality and accuracy.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives: Analyze workflow trends, assess operational bottlenecks, and implement process improvements that enhance overall performance and patient satisfaction.

Qualifications

Proven experience in project management, healthcare operations, or scheduling leadership

Strong ability to analyze complex systems and implement strategic solutions

Expertise in workflow optimization, efficiency improvements, and resource allocation

Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
, with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges

Strong leadership capabilities with experience in team development and performance management

Tech-savvy mindset with experience using automation tools, various software platforms, and data analytics to drive operational success

College Degree/Graduate Degree preferred
