Branch Manager – To $80K – Oklahoma City, OK – Job # 3537 Who We Are

The Position Our client is seeking a Branch Manager in Oklahoma City, OK. The successful candidate will oversee branch activities, including teller operations, customer service, loan processing, collections, and personnel administration.

This role offers a salary up to $80K plus bonus and excellent benefits. (This is not a remote position)

Branch Manager responsibilities include:

  • Managing all branch aspects, ensuring safety, soundness, and daily operations.
  • Recruiting and selecting qualified staff to maintain high service standards.
  • Providing backup to personal bankers and tellers, including opening accounts, cashing checks, handling loan payments, etc.
  • Training team members on policies, procedures, safety, security, and compliance.
  • Interviewing customers to gather information and explain financial services such as savings accounts, checking accounts, retirement accounts, CDs, bonds, and securities.
  • Cross-selling a full range of retail banking services.
  • Ensuring compliance with all regulations, laws, and policies.
  • Participating in community activities and enhancing the bank’s market presence.

  • At least five years of experience in a financial institution, with a minimum of three years in supervisory roles.
  • Knowledge of consumer and mortgage loan processes is a plus.
  • Strong customer service and sales skills.
  • Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish is preferred, both speaking and writing.
  • Proficiency in PC skills, including Excel and Microsoft Office.
