City Wide Facility Solutions offers a six-figure income opportunity with a base salary and commission structure, OTE of $100k+.

$50,000 – $120,000 per year.

• Serve as the focal point of contact for clients to ensure work meets quality standards.
• Manage, expand, and diversify client relationships to uncover add-on sales opportunities.
• Represent the client voice to contractors and crew members to exceed expectations.
• Lead execution of company policies and client service level procedures.

• 3+ years of client retention experience.
• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree desirable.
• Detail-oriented, excellent follow-through, strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM database.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel daily to client locations.
• Flexible, proactive, and able to juggle multiple priorities.
• Previous service industry experience preferred.

• 3+ years sales and management experience in building maintenance, facility management or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree.

• $100K+ OTE ($50K base + bonus + commission).
• Monday–Friday work week.
