Janitor, Maintenance​/Cleaning, Cleaning Services

The Janitor is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall upkeep of the Premium Aerospace Center facilities. The Janitor will provide a welcoming environment for clients, visitors, and employees, contributing to a professional and productive workplace.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Keep hangars neat and clean
• Dust and clean offices/break rooms
• Clean windows
• Clean restrooms, including restocking
• Sweep and mop floors
• Remove trash from the facilities
• Check inventory of cleaning supplies
• Replace bulbs
• Vacuum rugs
• Follow all safety rules and proper procedures associated with the responsibilities of the job

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Other physical demands that may be required: lifting, carrying, pushing, and stooping
• Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods
• Work indoor and outdoor according to the job duty requirements

Job Type: Full-time

Pay depends on experience
