• Perform lubrication, oil and filter changes, and fluid sampling.
• Conduct inspections on trucks and heavy equipment (e.g., motor graders, tractors, dozers, skid steers) both in the field and in a shop environment.
• Take direction and accurately log daily activities such as meter readings, fluid changes and samples, inspections, and notes from tasks in a clear manner.
• Operate lube trucks safely and professionally according to daily duties, with tasks varying by equipment type.

Daily duties may vary depending on the equipment serviced. The role requires performing duties independently as needed.

• Strong verbal communication in a collaborative environment.
• Time-management skills to perform multiple tasks within tight deadlines and maintain maintenance schedules.
• Basic computer skills to log information into digital systems and follow digital checklists for vehicle inspections.
• Ability to operate and drive multiple types of vehicles.
• Physical ability to lift heavy objects, bend, crouch, and crawl as part of job duties.

• Must have a good driving record.
• Must pass background check, drug screen, and physical.
