The City of Midwest City is accepting applications for Crew Leader I in Line Maintenance. The incumbent supervises a work crew and performs skilled work involved in the installation, maintenance, and repair of collection and distribution systems. The role operates equipment and a variety of power and hand tools.

Responsibilities:

• Repair and maintain City of Midwest City owned water distribution systems and wastewater collection systems.
• Supervise crew members.

Qualifications:

• HS graduate or equivalent.
• Class "C" water & wastewater certification from the OK State DEQ.
• Valid Commercial Driver's License Class "A", type "N" (tank vehicle) endorsement.
• Insurable.
• Previous experience preferred.
• Position is safety/security sensitive and subject to pre-employment, reasonable suspicion, and random drug and alcohol screening.

Starting salary: $22.2735/hr with benefits.
