Job Description
- Operate all equipment.
- Stock and rotate ingredients from delivery to storage/work area/walk-in cooler.
- Prepare products.
- Receive and process telephone and internet orders.
- Count inventory and complete paperwork.
- Clean equipment and facility.
On the job training includes customer service orientation, an interactive computer program, and hands‑on practice.
Customer service skills include the ability to comprehend and communicate verbally and in writing with customers and co‑workers over the phone and in person.
Pizza delivery skills include the ability to safely drive your own vehicle, navigate roads/maps, and navigate adverse terrain or stairs of delivery sites while carrying products.
Essential skills include the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately to make correct monetary change (calculator may be used).
General physical demands include the ability to stand, walk, sit, lift, carry, push, climb ladders and stairs, stoop and bend, crouch or squat, reach, grasp with hands to use machines and equipment, and tolerate exposure to varying temperatures and conditions both inside and outside.
