- Employment Law
- Construction & Real Estate Litigation
- Personal Injury & Insurance Defense
- Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other court documents.
- Appear at hearings, mediations, and other court proceedings.
- Conduct and defend depositions.
- Manage cases from inception through resolution.
- Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and opposing counsel.
- 3+ years of civil litigation experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
