Director of Legal Operations & Strategy

Branum Law Firm, PLLC is a personal injury law firm in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma that handles complicated and large cases. We are recruiting for an individual who has a bachelor's degree, as well as a Masters degree. We also want only candidates who are in the top 5% of their class from a GPA perspective. Again, please do not apply for this position unless you have at least a Masters degree from a univeristy with excellent grades and aptitude.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Director of Legal Operations & Strategy located in Oklahoma City, OK. The role involves overseeing legal operations and optimizing business processes to enhance efficiency within the firm. Responsibilities include managing cases, leading case projects, developing strategies to maximizing case outcomes, and ensuring compliance with legal and organizational standards, including the applicable Rules of Professional Conduct.

The Director will also collaborate with other employees to align legal strategies and business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from 4 year institution.
• Master's degree or higher.
• Top 5% in terms of GPA
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and similar software.
• Strong knowledge and experience in Legal Operations.
• Proficiency in Business Process Improvement and Project Management
• Exceptional Analytical Skills with the ability to evaluate and solve complex problems
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Strong understanding of legal frameworks and compliance requirements
• Experience in a law firm would also be super advantageous.
