Stange Law Firm, PC invites a dedicated, highly motivated attorney to join our Family Law practice. We offer strategic legal support and guidance for clients facing divorce, legal separation, paternity action, estate planning, and other family‑related matters.
Benefits- Competitive base salary: $85,000–$115,000+ (BOE) with discretionary bonuses and incentive programs

- Prepare and draft legal documents for filing with appropriate entities and necessary correspondence.
- Draft pleadings and motions, including judgments and orders.
- Correspond with attorneys, court personnel, and clients regarding cases.
- Interview witnesses for court cases and prepare witnesses to testify.
- Ensure the accuracy of all documents prepared.
- Promptly appear in court on all assigned cases.
- Handle all aspects of assigned cases.
- Perform administrative duties such as filing, mailing, organizing files and pleadings.
- Conduct legal research for particular issues.
- J.D. degree.
- Oklahoma license required.
- Family‑law experience preferred but not required.
- Senior Associate positions available for attorneys with five years or more of litigation experience.
