Position Overview: The Commercial Lines Account Manager is responsible for managing and servicing a designated book of commercial insurance accounts in support of client needs and producer relationships. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can work independently while collaborating with our team.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for commercial insurance clients.
• Responsible for renewals, marketing accounts to carriers, processing endorsements, issuing certificates, and maintaining accurate documentation within the agency management system.
• Assist with gathering quotes from carriers and preparing commercial coverage comparisons.
• Work with clients during the renewal process to ensure timely and seamless transitions.
• Process policy updates, terminations, and additions as needed.
• Work closely with producers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Independently handle routine client requests, escalating issues when necessary.
• Maintain compliance with industry regulations and requirements.

• 1+ year of experience supporting or managing commercial lines accounts preferred; candidates with strong customer service or administrative experience will be considered
• Active Oklahoma Property & Casualty license, or the ability and willingness to obtain licensure upon hire
• Knowledge of commercial insurance products and carrier processes, or a strong desire to learn
• Experience with AMS
  360 preferred; familiarity with other agency management systems considered
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Comfortable working with technology and learning new systems quickly
• Strong client service skills with a focus on building and maintaining positive relationships
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong follow-up and time management abilities
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm
