Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our team at Professional Insurors. As a key member of our insurance services team, you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of commercial clients and ensuring their insurance needs are met with excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with commercial clients.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Policy Management and Review:
    • Conduct thorough reviews of commercial insurance policies to ensure accuracy and compliance. Recommend and implement adjustments to policies based on client needs and industry changes.
  • Risk Assessment and Analysis:
    • Assess clients' business operations to identify potential risks and provide appropriate coverage solutions.
    • Collaborate with underwriters and carriers to secure optimal coverage for clients.
  • Claims Processing:
    • Assist clients in the event of a claim, facilitating the claims process and ensuring timely resolution.
  • Preferred Skills/

    Qualifications:
    • Commercial Insurance Experience
    • Client-Focused:
      Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a strong focus on client satisfaction.
    • Analytical

      Skills:

      Ability to assess risk factors and recommend appropriate coverage options.
    • Well versed in Microsoft 365
    • Detail-Oriented:
      Keen attention to detail for accurate policy management and compliance.
    • Team Player:
      Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, underwriters, and support staff.
    • Certifications:

      Possession of relevant industry certifications.
