Key Responsibilities- Provide hands‑on desktop hardware and software support across a large campus environment
- Troubleshoot and resolve desktop, laptop, printer, and peripheral issues
- Support users with basic networking and IP‑related troubleshooting
- Travel between buildings and clinics within the Oklahoma City campus as needed
- Deliver high‑level professional support to medical staff, clinicians, and administrative personnel
- Maintain a strong customer service presence in a healthcare environment
- Walk extensively between buildings and floors to provide onsite support
- Escalate complex technical issues when necessary
- Maintain professionalism and adhere to onsite conduct standards at all times
Skills and Qualifications
- Proven desktop support experience (hardware and software)
- Basic understanding of networking concepts and IP addressing
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for travel between local sites
- Comfortable with extensive walking and physical movement throughout the day
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Professional demeanor with the ability to support executive and clinical staff
- Dependable, punctual, and team‑oriented mindset
- Ability to pass required background and drug screening requirements
- Previous healthcare IT support experience
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Comfortable working in a highly professional, clinical environment
- Adaptable and willing to assist wherever needed
- Interest in long‑term growth with potential full‑time conversion opportunities
