• Provide hands‑on desktop hardware and software support across a large campus environment
• Troubleshoot and resolve desktop, laptop, printer, and peripheral issues
• Support users with basic networking and IP‑related troubleshooting
• Travel between buildings and clinics within the Oklahoma City campus as needed
• Deliver high‑level professional support to medical staff, clinicians, and administrative personnel
• Maintain a strong customer service presence in a healthcare environment
• Walk extensively between buildings and floors to provide onsite support
• Escalate complex technical issues when necessary
• Maintain professionalism and adhere to onsite conduct standards at all times

• Proven desktop support experience (hardware and software)
• Basic understanding of networking concepts and IP addressing
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for travel between local sites
• Comfortable with extensive walking and physical movement throughout the day
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Professional demeanor with the ability to support executive and clinical staff
• Dependable, punctual, and team‑oriented mindset
• Ability to pass required background and drug screening requirements

• Previous healthcare IT support experience
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Comfortable working in a highly professional, clinical environment
• Adaptable and willing to assist wherever needed
• Interest in long‑term growth with potential full‑time conversion opportunities
