SAP Business Systems Analyst The Opportunity
CACI Enterprise Services is seeking an experienced SAP Business Systems Analyst to bridge business strategy with SAP capabilities. This role owns requirements gathering, solution design, configuration coordination, testing, and change enablement across SAP S/4
HANA and integrated platforms
.
You will partner closely with Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, Procurement, Contracts, Operations, and IT to deliver scalable, compliant, and high-performing SAP solutions aligned with best practices. The role emphasizes user experience, data integrity, internal controls, and system performance.
Key Responsibilities- Facilitate the collection and documentation of business requirements.
- Provide recommendations on process improvements and SAP best practices.
- Analyze business and system processes to identify optimization opportunities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders including end-users, management, vendors, and IT teams.
- Develop functional design specifications based on user requirements.
- Maintain deep knowledge of COTS applications, particularly SAP.
- Configure SAP modules and design functional solutions (reports, interfaces, workflows, extensions).
- Support SOX/ITGC controls, audit requests, and segregation of duties.
- Manage defects and drive resolution within SLA commitments.
- Provide first-level system support and respond to system issues.
- Collaborate on integrations and review functional specifications and debug logs.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
- 5+ years of experience as an SAP Business Analyst or Functional Analyst.
- Experience with Agile service delivery frameworks.
- Proficiency in SAP configuration and customization.
- Experience with requirements gathering, user stories, process modeling, test management.
- Experience with tools such as Azure Dev Ops and Service Now (or equivalent).
- Understanding of SOX/ITGC controls, change management, release management, and data/privacy practices.
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
- Strong communication, facilitation, analytical, and documentation skills.
- Experience with SAP S/4
HANA

- Participation in a full-cycle SAP implementation or major upgrade.

CompensationSalary Range:
$67,800 – $142,200
Final compensation depends on factors including location, contract labor categories, experience, skills, education, and certifications.
