- Experience with SQL and project management methodologies
- 3 - 5 years of experience in Lean/Six Sigma
- 3 - 5 years of experience in the Health Insurance or Healthcare Industry
- 3 - 5 years of experience with IVR or chatbot technologies
- Relevant certifications such as ITIL, TOGAF, Six Sigma, or PMP
