This role involves creating and maintaining Epic training programs, engaging users, and mentoring junior trainers. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of relevant experience. Strong instructional design skills and the ability to adapt teaching styles are essential. Candidates must be prepared to earn Epic certification within three months.

This position offers the chance to significantly impact user adoption and proficiency in Epic software.
