Restaurant IT Field Service Technician – Level 1

Flynn Group is seeking a Restaurant IT Field Service Technician (Level
1) to support critical technology across our Panera and Arby’s restaurants in the Oklahoma City market. This role is ideal for an early-career IT professional who enjoys hands-on work, autonomy, and building a strong technical foundation in a fast-paced environment.

• Provide on-site IT support for restaurant systems and equipment
• Perform preventive maintenance, service calls, and installation projects
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, cabling, and network issues
• Serve as a technical partner to restaurant leadership and team members
• Document work and resolutions using Service Now
• Prioritize work based on business impact and urgency
• Participate in rotating on-call support for critical systems

• High school diploma or equivalent
• General computer and Windows/DOS knowledge
• Basic cabling and networking experience
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a field environment
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
