Scada Analyst

Compensation: $140,000 - $150,000 annually, depending on experience

• Configure and optimize SCADA systems for field operations
• Monitor system reliability and data accuracy
• Collaborate with teams to implement SCADA solutions
• Build and maintain screens, points, alarms, and controls
• Manage historian data quality for analytics
• Troubleshoot communication issues with hardware
• Assist with cybersecurity compliance
• Support commissioning of new assets and integrations
• Develop documentation and training for SCADA users
• Stay updated on SCADA technologies and best practices

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• 5+ years of SCADA experience in relevant industries
• Hands‑on experience with SCADA platforms like Ignition
• Understanding of PLC/RTU programming concepts
• Experience with historian systems and operational data
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment

• Experience with system integrations during acquisitions
• Familiarity with networking fundamentals
• Experience with scripting or automation tools like Python
• Understanding of production operations and control logic
• Experience building displays, dashboards, and advanced analytics
