Role: Windows Systems Administrator
Location: Oklahoma City, OK
Pay Rate Range: $75,000 – $95,000 / Annually / DOE

Key Responsibilities- Administer and support Windows Server environments, including installation, configuration, patching, and maintenance
- Manage Microsoft 365 services including Office 365, Teams, Exchange Online, and One Drive
- Support Azure infrastructure including virtual machines, networking, identity, and resource management
- Administer Active Directory, Azure AD, group policies, and user access controls
- Monitor system performance, availability, and security across servers and endpoints
- Troubleshoot server, application, and connectivity issues to minimize downtime
- Support backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity processes
- Collaborate with IT teams to support infrastructure upgrades and modernization initiatives
- Maintain system documentation, procedures, and configuration standards
- Provide escalation support for desktop and application-related issues as needed
Skills and Qualifications
- Strong experience administering Windows Server environments
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 (Office 365, Teams, Exchange Online)
- Experience supporting Azure cloud services and hybrid environments
- Solid understanding of Active Directory and Azure AD administration
- Experience with server patching, monitoring, and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of virtualization technologies (VMware and/or Hyper‑V preferred)
- Familiarity with backup, recovery, and security best practices
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills
- Comfortable supporting both on‑prem and cloud‑based environments
- Detail‑oriented with a proactive approach to system reliability and security
- Effective communicator with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
- Adaptable and motivated to support ongoing modernization efforts
