Software Analyst

Compensation

$35 - $45/hour, depending on experience

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Software Analyst to join their team!

This long-term contract opportunity offers the chance to work onsite with a stable, forward-thinking organization. You’ll be a key contributor in optimizing document processes and workflows using configurable third-party applications. The role centers around innovative solutions for data capture and automation, with extensive training provided on proprietary tools. • Configure and optimize document processing workflows
• Develop solutions using third-party applications for data capture
• Collaborate with content management and cross-functional teams
• Administer and configure proprietary software tools
• Perform technical reviews and code/script assessments
• Create and maintain batch processes and automated flows
• Document processes and track progress in online ticketing systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve software issues
• Participate in user acceptance testing and ongoing support

• Minimum 3 years professional experience in a similar role
• SQL will be the primary language used in this role; candidates should be comfortable spending the majority of their time working in SQL.
• SQL experience: querying, joins, mapping, table relationships
• Intermediate knowledge of T-SQL, Regular Expressions
• Exposure to C# and  for maintenance or enhancement of existing applications
• Familiarity with Windows Server/Client environments
• Process documentation and workflow design skills
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to pass a background check

• Experience with low/no-code development platforms
• Familiarity with ETL processes and document management
• Knowledge of Power Automate, Confluence, Jira
• Experience with data analytics tools

• Onsite work required, with limited remote options after 90 days
