Job Title: IT Site Support Technician
Location: Oklahoma City, OK (Onsite with occasional travel)
Pay Range: $45,000 - 60,000 / year depending on experience
Benefits: The position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).
Onsite requirement: Must be authorized to work in the United States now and in the future without assistance.
Job SummaryWe are seeking an IT Site Support Technician to provide onsite technical support across multiple hospital locations. This role supports clinical and administrative staff by troubleshooting, maintaining, and deploying IT systems that are critical to patient care. The ideal candidate is hands‑on, adaptable, and comfortable traveling between facilities as needed.
Responsibilities- Provide onsite IT support to hospital staff at multiple locations
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and peripheral issues (desktops, laptops, printers, scanners)
- Support clinical workstations and hospital technology used in patient care
- Perform user account support (password resets, access issues)
- Install, image, and deploy end‑user devices and equipment
- Troubleshoot basic network connectivity issues (wired and wireless)
- Respond to, document, and resolve service tickets in a ticketing system
- Escalate complex issues to senior IT teams or vendors when appropriate
- Assist with IT projects, upgrades, and site deployments
- Follow HIPAA, security, and hospital IT policies at all times
- Travel between hospital and clinic locations as required
- 1–3 years of IT support, field support, or desktop support experience
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft Office
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware and basic networking issues
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
Comfortable working onsite in a hospital environment - Ability to travel between hospital locations (reliable transportation required)
- Valid driver’s license
- Healthcare or hospital IT experience
- Experience supporting EHR systems (Epic, Cerner, Meditech, etc.)
- CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar certifications
- Experience with Active Directory, imaging tools, and ticketing systems
- Basic understanding of networking concepts
