Software Engineer; Temp

Oliver Wyman Vector is seeking multiple talented Entry Level Software Engineers to join our innovative team in Oklahoma City, OK. This role is temporary but integral in supporting our partner, Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS), at their OKC facilities. The successful candidates will contribute to the development and testing of software for the E7 aircraft, ensuring it meets mission capability for the Air Force.

In this role, the software engineers will be focused on designing, developing, and verifying software in a collaborative lab environment. Your contributions will be vital in delivering high-quality software solutions.

• Software Development: Gather, design, and maintain software systems aligned with industry, customer, and internal quality standards.

  Engage with stakeholders to define system requirements and translate these into actionable software models with clear requirements traceability.
• Risk Analysis: Support system-level analyses to identify risks, issues, and opportunities; assist in devising and implementing mitigation strategies.
• Code Review Participation: Ensure that all coding aligns with established standards and requirements.
• Technology Implementation: Stay current with emerging technologies, tools, and regulatory changes affecting software development.
• Work Location: This position is 100% onsite in Oklahoma City, OK.

• Candidates must be eligible for a Secret U.S. Security Clearance and must be U.S. citizens.

• Education: Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Physics, Mathematics, Data Science, or Computer Science (ABET accredited).

• Security Clearance: Active U.S. Government Security Clearance (Secret or higher).
