Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and strategically-minded professional to serve as a key liaison between business and technology teams. This individual will drive cross‑functional initiatives, translate business needs into actionable plans, and engage stakeholders across all levels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate complex ideas and business requirements verbally and in writing.
  • Present confidently to senior and executive leadership.
  • Maintain strong working relationships across internal teams.
  • Lead cross‑functional teams, aligning technical, business, and creative stakeholders.
  • Translate strategic objectives into clear, actionable plans and product roadmaps.
  • Develop and manage product backlogs, prioritizing initiatives and monitoring progress.
  • Proactively identify and address challenges with minimal oversight.
  • Operate effectively in dynamic, fast‑changing environments with ambiguity.
  • Demonstrate initiative, ownership, and willingness to learn.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or related discipline.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience, including strategic thinking, collaboration, and engagement with senior executives.
  • Experience designing and implementing solutions to complex cross‑functional business challenges.
  • Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills tailored to various audiences.
  • Ability to work independently, set priorities, and manage multiple projects.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and strategic problem‑solving skills.
  • Technical aptitude to understand complex IT environments.
Preferred Knowledge
  • Financial services industry standards and terminology.
  • Software development principles, tools, and lifecycle.
  • Financial concepts applied to business strategy.
