Position: Oracle Fusion Support Administrator

Compensation: $50/hour - $55/hour, depending on experience

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Oracle Fusion Support Administrator to join their team!

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Gather and document functional requirements from business stakeholders.
• Coordinate and support UAT, regression, and patch validation testing.
• Manage user onboarding and offboarding in Oracle Fusion.
• Provide first-line support for functional issues.
• Maintain documentation of business processes and configurations.
• Prioritize issues and enhancement requests via Jira.
• Facilitate communication between end users and IT teams.
• Support end-user training and reporting setup.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 2–3 years of ERP system support or functional analysis experience.
• Experience managing user setup and functional testing.
• Strong understanding of financial processes and ERP security.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or Information Systems.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Familiarity with Oracle Fusion Financials or similar ERP platforms.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Experience with Jira or similar ticketing systems.
• Functional understanding of accounting workflows.
