Candidates must have (or be able to obtain) a public trust clearance.

Candidates must be a U.S. Citizen, or Permanent Resident with a Green Card (no Visas, no Exceptions). Residency will be validated.

Job Summary

We are looking for a Power Train LMS System Administrator to join our team supporting federal clients. The person in this role will help maintain, enhance, and evolve the LMS environment in step with organizational needs. You must be a highly skilled in administering Power Train. The right person will be a hands‑on problem solver who thrives on troubleshooting complex issues independently, continuously learning, and adapting to change.

Responsibilities

and Duties Power Train LMS Administration
  • The LMS Administrator is responsible for configurating and maintaining the LMS. This includes managing system settings, user interfaces, and browser compatibility to ensure a seamless experience for all users.
  • Oversee user account creation, permissions, and data integrity, ensuring that the system remains secure and up to date.
  • Respond to inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and develop 508 compliant user‑friendly documentation such as how‑to guides and FAQs.
  • Serve as the first line of support for learners and course managers navigating the system.
  • Provide LMS reporting and analytics. Generate detailed reports on course completions, user engagement, and compliance with mandatory training requirements. These insights will be used for audits, leadership briefings, and continuous improvement efforts.
  • In collaboration with instructional designers and training teams, the LMS Administrator manages course content and structure.
  • Implement templates for various training formats (i.e. online, blended, and instructor‑led) and ensure all content meets accessibility standards, including section 508 compliance.
  • Support modernization efforts such as automation, dashboard development, and integration with other systems like project management tools and cybersecurity platforms.
Required Qualifications Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in a Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of combined technical experience in production support, site reliability engineering, system administration, or Dev Ops roles.
  • 2+ years or hands‑on Power Train administration experience (system configuration, upgrades, troubleshooting).
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident w/Green Card (no Visas, no Exceptions).
  • Must be able to obtain/maintain a Federal Background Investigation.
