Pay Range: $80,000 - $140,000 / depending on experience

Job DescriptionWe are hiring a Business Intelligence Developer to support enterprise reporting and analytics initiatives. This role focuses on using SQL and business intelligence tools such as Power BI and Tableau to build dashboards, reports, and data solutions that support clinical, operational, and financial decision-making.
This position is ideal for someone with strong data analysis skills who enjoys collaborating with stakeholders, working with structured data, and delivering actionable insights in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
Responsibilities- Develop, maintain, and optimize BI reports, dashboards, and data visualizations
- Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data from relational databases
- Translate business requirements into clear reporting and analytics solutions
- Validate data accuracy and ensure consistency across reports and dashboards
- Partner with technical teams and business users to support analytics needs
- Maintain documentation for report logic, data definitions, and processes
- Follow data governance, change management, and reporting best practices
- Experience as a Business Intelligence Developer, BI Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role
- Strong working knowledge of SQL and relational databases
- Hands-on experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools
- Familiarity with data warehouse concepts and structured data environments
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Healthcare, finance, or regulated-industry analytics experience is a plus but not required
- Experience building executive-level dashboards and operational reports
- Exposure to healthcare data, clinical reporting, or enterprise analytics
- Understanding of data modeling, ETL concepts, or reporting workflows
