My client is looking to hire a Full Time, Hybrid System Administrator in the OKC area!
Responsibilities:
- Deliver excellent customer-focused support with empathy for all end users
- Implement, maintain, and support IT systems that align with departmental goals and business requirements
- Monitor and support IT infrastructure including servers, networks, storage, and cloud resources
- Perform system performance monitoring, advanced troubleshooting, patching, and maintenance
- Administer company devices and SaaS platforms such as M365, AWS, and Slack
- Create and maintain documentation for systems, processes, diagrams, and user training materials
- Support and improve automated onboarding and offboarding workflows
- Administer Active Directory, Azure AD, group policy, and identity-related configurations
- Develop or enhance scripts using Power Shell, Bash, Python, or similar tools to automate routine tasks
- Collaborate with engineering and security teams to follow best practices for system performance, reliability, and compliance
- Participate in infrastructure improvement projects and technology rollouts
- Assist in evaluating new technologies and recommending solutions
