Salesforce Product Manager

** Summary of This Role
** We are seeking a Product Manager to own and evolve our Salesforce platform as a core business product. This role is responsible for defining the vision, roadmap, and execution of Salesforce capabilities that support Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations.

Define, prioritize, and deliver Salesforce enhancements that improve revenue performance, operational efficiency, and user experience   Proven experience owning or managing Salesforce or CRM platforms in a product, systems, or business-facing role Ability to translate business problems into clear requirements, user stories, and prioritized roadmaps Experience balancing competing stakeholder needs and making data-driven prioritization decisions Strong communication skills with the ability to influence across technical and non-technical teams

Experience with Salesforce products such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, or related tools Knowledge of Salesforce configuration, automation, and integration best practices (e.g., Flow, objects, APIs) Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform decisions and measure impact Familiarity with change management, user training, and enablement strategies Ability to think in scalable systems and long-term platform architecture
