Description

Are you a seasoned Data Analyst looking for a new challenge in the healthcare industry? Life Share is seeking a skilled individual to join our team as a Data Analyst and play a key role in advancing our mission of saving lives. Reporting directly to the Director of Data & Analytics, you’ll utilize your advanced expertise to drive data-driven decision-making and optimize our operations to enhance patient outcomes.

This position requires in office work in Oklahoma weekly.

Position Overview:

As a Data Analyst at Life Share, you’ll lead the charge in conducting full lifecycle analysis to support core organizational functions and business processes. Leveraging your experience and knowledge, you’ll combine analytics skills with an in-depth understanding of organ and tissue donation processes and healthcare data to inform исти transform the ongoing transformation. Your insights and analyses will be instrumental in driving down costs, improving quality, and enhancing the overall organ procurement/transplant process.

Essential Job Functions:

As a Data Analyst, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Designing and developing data models and visualizations.
  • Collaborating closely with stakeholders to deeply understand business needs and provide actionable insights.
  • Ensuring data quality and accuracy through rigorous analysis and validation processes.
  • Conducting ad-hoc analysis and providing ongoing support for specific project work.
  • Leading work groups and committees to facilitate collaboration and drive strategic initiatives.
  • Evaluating, writing, and presenting operational data and reporting, providing recommendations based on relevant findings.
  • Providing project management support as needed to ensure successful implementation of data-driven initiatives.
  • Must be in office weekly in Oklahoma City, this is not a remote role.
Qualifications

We’re seeking a candidate with the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data science, or a relevant healthcare field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Proficient in SQL, Power BI, and possessing advanced Excel skills.
  • Expertise in healthcare electronic medical record data.
  • 2+ years of experience in data analysis and visualization, and in developing key metrics, performance indicators (KPIs) and advanced reporting to support decision-making.
  • Experience with ELT tools and processes to manage and streamline the movement of data across systems, and knowledge of data warehousing concepts.
  • Ability to perform and present complex research and analyses for different stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Statistical analysis and predictive modeling experience a plus
