Job DescriptionThe Network Operations Center (NOC) Administrator III provides technology support for monitoring, incident management, and resolution of network-related issues. Responsibilities include initial assessment, triage, research, and resolution of monitoring incidents regarding application software and infrastructure components. The role collects information through monitoring tools, supports resources, and ensures environment awareness. The NOC Administrator III mentors, supports, and trains other team members, and acts as the subject matter expert for complex issues.
Incidents beyond scope are escalated to appropriate IT teams.
