Responsibilities
  • Serve as primary point of contact for new Paycom clients
  • Complete client setup tasks, including banking, employee data imports, general ledger mapping, accruals, earnings/deductions, labor allocations and timekeeping setup
  • Lead and participate in implementation milestone calls
  • Manage and respond to client and internal partner emails regarding payroll implementations
  • Support clients by phone with setup questions on payroll processing, timekeeping, accruals, earnings/deductions, pay inquiries, funding, general ledger and software requests
  • Convert client data through internal systems to ensure accuracy and integrity
  • Attend team meetings and role-specific training
  • Submit sensitive data securely in compliance with Paycom standards
  • Coordinate payroll timelines with clients to ensure on-time submissions
  • Guide clients on data validation and first-payroll preparation for accurate results
  • Document all client processes and notes in CRM promptly
  • Monitor communication channels and respond in a timely manner
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
