Bilingual HR Manager

We are seeking an experienced Bilingual HR Manager (English/Spanish) to lead day-to-day human resources operations in a manufacturing or industrial environment. This role partners closely with leadership to support employees, ensure compliance, and foster a strong, consistent workplace culture, while overseeing payroll administration.

• Lead employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary processes
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
• Oversee onboarding, training, and retention initiatives
• Support recruiting, workforce planning, and succession efforts
• Serve as ADP Payroll Administrator
  , ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing
• Oversee and support the Payroll Coordinator
• Maintain HR policies, procedures, and personnel documentation
• Advise leadership on HR strategy, risk mitigation, and best practices

• 4+ years of HR management or senior HR generalist experience
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
• Experience administering payroll through ADP
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR compliance
• Manufacturing or industrial experience preferred
• Strong communication, judgment, and leadership skills
