Job Description:
- We are currently hiring a Healthcare Recruiter to support high-volume recruiting for clinical, allied health, and business operations roles. The ideal candidate will be self-driven, organized, and experienced in full-cycle recruitment.
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned departments
- Coordinate hiring strategies with managers and senior recruiters
- Screen resumes and conduct phone/virtual/in-person interviews
- Post jobs using internal and external sourcing platforms
- Maintain accurate applicant data in ATS (Workday preferred)
- Negotiate and extend job offers to selected candidates
- Attend recruitment events, job fairs, and sourcing activities
- Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws
- Partner with staffing agencies when approved
