• Maintain and file employee personnel records.
• Support onboarding activities and logistics.
• Provide customer service to employees and applicants.
• Process and track HR forms and documentation.
• Assist with scheduling interviews and meetings.
• Coordinate employee recognition and engagement activities.
• Enter and update information in HR systems.
• Assist with payroll and benefits administration.
• Monitor and track HR timelines.
• Perform general office and administrative tasks.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Clear and professional communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or four years of HR experience.

• Experience with HR systems like Workday.
• Scheduling experience for interviews or events.
• Experience with Adobe Sign and Microsoft 365 tools.
• Experience with multiple medical health insurance plans, dental, and vision insurance.
• Voluntary and Long-term disability insurance.
