Associate Recruiter

Base pay range
$50,000.00/yr - $55,000.00/yr

• Source and recruit top candidates through job boards, referrals, social media, and networking
• Build strong relationships with candidates through consistent communication and follow-up
• Partner closely with the sales team to align talent with client needs
• Screen candidates, prepare them for interviews, and guide them through the hiring process
• Negotiate offers and manage the placement process from start to finish
• Maintain accurate and organized documentation in our recruiting systems
• Represent Addison Group at local networking events and community activities

• At least 1 year of recruiting experience (agency experience preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Driven, goal-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborative spirit and positive attitude
• Must live within 45 minutes of Oklahoma City and be comfortable working onsite daily (this is not a remote position)
