Job Title: Banquet Services Set‑Up

We are looking for a skilled and detail‑oriented Banquet Services Set‑Up to join our Banquets Team. As a Banquet Services Set‑Up, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that all meetings and events are set up correctly, leaving a lasting impression on our guests.

• Set up meeting and banquet rooms as per the event order
• Ensure all equipment, furniture, and materials are correctly placed, and the room is arranged to meet the guest's needs
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the banquet rooms
• Collaborate with other Banquet Team members to ensure a seamless event experience
• Assist in the tear‑down and pack‑up of banquet equipment and event materials

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in banquet services set‑up or a similar role is preferred
• Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours and weekends as required
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
