Join Crescent Hotels & Resorts as a Banquet Server and Bartender, helping create magical moments during events. You will work in an active, fast‑paced environment, with weekend and evening shifts as part of our Banquet and Events Team.

• Check banquet event orders to determine function details (number of guests, type of bar, etc.).
• Set up banquet bar, including linen, service ware, and glassware, following supervisory instructions.
• Attend roll‑call meetings to learn function particulars and guest expectations.
• Serve food and beverage in accordance with supervisor expectations, ensuring consistency throughout the event.
• Set up portable bar and serve drinks to guests in a friendly, courteous, and timely manner.
• Abide by all state, federal, and corporate requirements for serving alcoholic beverages.
• Remove trash, glasses, and other items from tables, return the bar to storeroom, and clean the bar area.
• Reset banquet rooms after events to the captain’s specifications.

• Preferred:
  Serv Safe Alcohol Awareness.
• Required:
  
  Valid Bartending License.
