Maadaadizi Investments is currently searching for a remarkable Front Desk Agent for the Embassy Suites Oklahoma City Will Rogers World Airport in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

Base pay range

$14.00/hr - $14.00/hr

Position Summary

Deliver exceptional, friendly, and efficient service that reflects Hilton’s standards of hospitality. As a Front Desk Guest Service Agent, you will be the first and last impression for our guests—handling check‑ins, check‑outs, reservations, and guest requests while ensuring every guest feels welcomed, valued, and cared for.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet guests with a warm and professional welcome
  • Perform accurate and efficient check‑ins and check‑outs
  • Answer phones and assist with reservations and guest inquiries
  • Process guest payments and maintain an accurate cash bank
  • Resolve guest concerns promptly and courteously
  • Promote Hilton Honors and hotel amenities
  • Drive guests to and from the airport using the hotel shuttle
  • Assist guests with luggage and transportation as needed
  • Maintain knowledge of hotel services and local attractions
  • Follow all Hilton brand standards, safety, and security procedures
  • Work collaboratively with other hotel departments
Schedule & Availability
  • Shifts:

    7:00 AM – 3:00 PM, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
  • Availability:
    Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Valid Driver’s License (required for shuttle operation)
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Basic computer and math skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
  • Prior hotel or Hilton experience preferred but not required
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Lift up to 15 lbs occasionally
  • Comfortable working at a computer for long periods
