Come and join our team at this 605-room convention center hotel in the heart of downtown Oklahoma City. Our luxury hotel is located next to the Paycom Center (OKC Thunder), the Oklahoma Convention Center and across the street from the 70‑acre Scissortail Park. The property includes an all‑day dining outlet (Seltzer's Modern Diner), an entertainment sports bar (OKC Tap House), specialty restaurant (Bob's Steak & Chop House), coffee shop (Park Grounds) and a retail outlet (Rare Bird Gift Shop).

Additionally, guests can enjoy a Mokara Spa, fitness center and a rooftop pool and bar (Cat Bird Seat) complete with a fire pit, outdoor lawn and cabanas. The hotel offers 76,000 square feet of meeting and event space inclusive of a 20,000‑square‑foot ballroom, 10,000‑square‑foot ballroom, and a 4,200‑square‑foot outdoor pre‑function space that overlooks the park.

Omni Oklahoma City Hotel is seeking a friendly Cafeteria Attendant to join the team of this upscale hotel. This team member will ensure all food is served according to specifications, and work in conjunction with all line cooks.

• Communicate with the Chef to learn daily work tasks and their coordination, and complete daily prep list.
• Perform work assignments to meet proper quantities within a necessary time frame.
• Be knowledgeable of all areas in the cafeteria.
• Be knowledgeable of plate presentations and preparations of all menu items.
• Communicate with all cooks daily for proper pars and production requirements when needed.
• Keep back and prep area clean as you work.
• Fill and maintain the prep list up to par, check daily.
• Check with MOD before leaving for the day.

• Must be able to endure exposure to heat, steam and hazardous cleaning chemicals.
• Must be able to stand for length of shift.
• Must be able to walk, run, push, pull and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must have previous experience working in similar Food and Beverage department (kitchen, cafeteria, etc.).
• Food Handler certificate required.
• Must live within 50 miles of the hotel.
