The Spa Director is responsible for overseeing and managing all operations of the resort day spa. The role involves leading a team of spa professionals, developing and implementing business strategies, and ensuring that all spa customers enjoy a positive experience during their visit. Other responsibilities include financial management of revenues and costs according to budgeted amounts as well as maintaining a clean and safe environment for the staff and customers.

The Spa Director provides leadership to the team through coaching and mentoring and works collaboratively with the resort’s management team to provide memorable guest experiences.
