• Serve as the primary contact with patient referral sources and act as the initial point of contact for potential admissions to the skilled nursing facility (SNF) or extended care facility (ECF).
• Assist referral sources in identifying and assessing patients whose care needs match the services provided by the SNF or ECF.
• Educate potential patients and families about the SNF’s services, admissions process, and treatment process.
• Communicate with appropriate SNF or ECF staff to ensure appropriate admission of new patients.

• Previous SNF marketing experience is required.
• Preferred:
  Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience completing clinical assessments for admission.
• Familiarity with clinical terminology and comfort assessing patients in the hospital setting.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to relate professionally and positively to referral sources, physicians, patients, families, and team members at all levels.
• Must meet all state and local health regulations and pass post‑employment physical examination, if required.
• Capable of performing essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Self‑starter, independent worker with goal‑directed sales skills.
