Therapitas is a multidisciplinary pediatric therapy company that focuses on serving the Latino/Hispanic community across the state of Oklahoma. Our mission is to ensure Latino children have the same access to appropriate therapy services as any other child in the community. We are achieving this by providing culturally-linguistically appropriate services, educating the community on bilingualism, advocating for our patients, and implementing strategies to improve access to quality care.
Our team consists of SLPs, OTs, and PTs and we are excited to also have added applied behavior analysis services (ABA) at one of our centers and look forward to continue to grow those services to provide even more comprehensive care to our patients and families.
Our Oklahoma City clinical team is seeking a qualified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to oversee client ABA programs. Our behavior analysts conduct behavioral and skill-based assessments, interpret the results, and design comprehensive treatment plans based on evidence-based practices. Our behavior analysts also provide training and supervision to BCaBAs, RBTs and others responsible for the implementation of intervention and monitors client progress through data-based progress monitoring.
YourResponsibilities
- Overseeing ABA programs
- Conducting behavioral and skills assessments
- Designing and maintaining treatment programs for clients
- Working with and overseeing the teams that implement individualized treatment plans
- Completing weekly program writing and maintain client's program book
- Providing parent//family training and support including monthly clinic/progress meeting
- Monitoring programs through observations, data collection and data analysis
- As needed, providing direct/indirect behavioral services to clients in individual and group sessions
- Masters Degree
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst
- Licensed in OK
- Knowledge of Behavior Analytic Interventions
- Functional Behavioral Assessment
- Experience in Emergency/Crisis Intervention
- Experience Supervision RBTs preferred
