We are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic Monolingual (English) Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to collaborate with experts and provide child‑specific ABA programs. RBTs serve as the front line of care and work directly with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disorders.
Responsibilities- Provide direct one‑to‑one ABA therapy to children.
- Collect accurate, immediate data into our electronic system (Central Reach).
- Maintain child engagement and set up incidental learning opportunities.
- Teach appropriate play and social skills and deliver reinforcement for desired behaviors.
- Communicate regularly and professionally with your Program Supervisor.
- Attend team meetings and trainings and perform other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Credentialed Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
- Passionate about working with children 18 and under.
- Preferred experience working with children diagnosed with autism or developmental disorders.
- Strong time‑management, observation, and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to learn new skills and work as part of a team.
- Work independently with minimal supervision.
- Reliable transportation and punctuality.
- Full‑time candidates: available 9 am–6 pm Monday‑Friday.
- Part‑time candidates: available 12 pm–4 pm.

- Implement CDC and WHO recommendations and BACB recommendations in client and staff protection.
- Prioritize team member safety and provide appropriate PPE.
- Communicate updates on protocols and initiatives via email and staff meetings.
- Direct therapy with patients in clinic and at home.
- Tracking and graphing data.
- Professional communication with Program Supervisor.
- Attendance at team meetings and trainings.
- Punctuality and professionalism with families.
