The Field Clinical Representative provides technical and clinical expertise, education, and field support to ensure safe adoption of Inspire therapy.

Key responsibilities include:

• Provide technical support during implant procedures and device activation.
• Maintain credentials and enable access to assigned hospitals and clinics.
• Lead technical education for account clinical staff.
• Follow up post‑training with procedural reviews and servicing.
• Assist customers in device troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with sales on training and support.
• Disseminate peer‑reviewed scientific and clinical information.
• Stay current on clinical evidence.

• Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of related clinical, healthcare, or medical device industry experience (or Bachelor’s degree and 1+ year applicable Inspire experience, or Associate’s degree or Professional Certification and 5+ years in the field).
• Effective communication and collaboration skills in clinical settings.
• Proficient with MS Office, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Problem‑solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Travel readiness (including overnight stays) within territory.

• Degree in Nursing, Engineering, Science, or technical discipline.
• Experience with operating room coverage for implantable devices.
