- Monthly bonuses; paid quarterly.

- Master’s or Doctorate in Behavior Analysis or related field.
- Licensed Professional as per state guidelines.
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) per BACB guidelines.
- Minimum 1½ years licensed BCBA experience.
- Desired:
Experience with center‑based early intervention children, effective collaborator, empathetic team‑player.
