Compensation & Incentives
  • Competitive Salary: $100,000 – $122,000.
  • Monthly bonuses; paid quarterly.
  • Sign‑On Bonus up to $10,000.

Qualifications
  • Master’s or Doctorate in Behavior Analysis or related field.
  • Licensed Professional as per state guidelines.
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) per BACB guidelines.
  • Minimum 1½ years licensed BCBA experience.
  • Desired:
    Experience with center‑based early intervention children, effective collaborator, empathetic team‑player.
