Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Oklahoma City, OK, providing services to children with developmental and behavioral needs. In this role, you will design and oversee individualized behavioral programs, support staff and families, and ensure high-quality, child-centered services that promote development, independence, and overall well-being.
This is a full-time, on-site position, requiring 48 hours per week
.
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and diagnostic evaluations for children.
- Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans based on assessment results and child-specific goals.
- Implement and supervise behavioral interventions using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data to monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Provide training, guidance, and support to parents, caregivers, and staff on behavioral strategies.
- Collaborate with educators, therapists, and healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic and coordinated approach to care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory and ethical standards.
- Advocate for children’s needs across clinical, educational, and community settings.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Special Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a related field.
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing.
- Experience working with children with developmental disabilities is strongly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of ABA principles, behavioral therapy techniques, and data-driven decision-making.
- Proven skills in assessment, treatment planning, and program supervision.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Knowledge of special education practices is a plus.
- A strong commitment to ethical practice, child advocacy, and high-quality care.
