This PRN / Part-Time Registered Nurse role provides in-home assessments and patient advocacy throughout the OKC metro area. The position is 100% assessment-based, with no hands-on care, lifting, or bedside care. Nurses will complete verbal and observational assessments, communicate with patients and families, and relay clinical information to the care team.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct verbal and observational nursing assessments in client homes
- Partner with patients and families to support care goals
- Complete accurate and timely documentation
This position focuses on:
- Independent, low-stress nursing
- One-on-one patient and family interaction
- Flexible, self-paced work
- Hands-on bedside care
- Facility or hospital shifts
- Physical care tasks such as lifting or bathing
- PRN / Part-time
- Active Oklahoma RN license
- Strong assessment and communication skills
- Reliable transportation
- Preferred, but not required: Experience in home health, home care, hospice, inpatient rehabilitation (IPR), or skilled nursing facility (SNF)
