The Operations Specialist will have the opportunity to be the 'interim' Residence Director if a community is without one, and once one is hired, train and transition back work the duties.
Responsibilities--Operations Specialist- All community oversight to include nursing/care, dining and dietary, maintenance and housekeeping, and life enrichment activities in vacant communities in conjunction with the Regional Director of Operations.
- Once a new Residence Director is hired, the Operations Specialist is to assist in conducting training and onboarding of new associate.
- This role will have travel to the community you will be assisting, as needed, in the Oklahoma market.
- This position may assist multiple communities at the Regional Director's discretion.
