OverviewUnder the direct supervision of a Lieutenant, the incumbent performs day‑to‑day enforcement of municipal, state, and federal laws, including making arrests, working accidents, testifying in court, preliminary investigations, traffic regulations, etc., in a designated area on an assigned shift.
Qualifications- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred).
- 21 years of age.
- Valid Oklahoma driver license.
- Must possess and maintain CLEET certification.
- Must meet medical requirements set forth by the Oklahoma Police Pension & Retirement System.
- Must be subject to pre‑employment, reasonable suspicion and random drug and alcohol screening.
Starting Salary: $58,501–$60,134 per year with benefits.
