Our firm is partnering with an established financial services organization to identify a Senior Financial Analyst to support operational and financial decision-making. This role will focus on analyzing operating expenses, understanding cost drivers, and partnering with leadership to provide data-driven insights. Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of financial analysis experience
, strong Excel and financial modeling skills
, and the ability to clearly communicate complex financial information.

Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting (minimum GPA of 3.0)
- 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, cost accounting, or business analytics
- Experience in financial services preferred
- Strong understanding of operating expenses, cost allocations, and workforce planning
- Advanced Excel skills with experience in financial modeling and tools such as Power BI or Cube
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
